Ruan Hao, founder of LYCS Architecture, and his partner Zhan Yuan participated in the “Re- Experiment Live Exhibition Of CAA School Of Architecture"  on April 21 with their students' works.
This year is the tenth anniversary Of CAA School Of Architecture. This "re-experiment" teaching exhibition is the first exhibition of ten years of"re- experiment" teaching works of the School of Architectural Art. Its purpose is to convey the experimental spirit of the contemporary architecture. A total of 36 works were exhibited this time. Xu Jiang, dean of China Academy of Art, gave the following evaluation on the "continuous experiment" experimental teaching exhibition: "large-scale, civil, five flowers and eight doors". "Five flowers"，referring to "watch, calligraphy, painting, materials and labor", are the characteristics of China Academy of Art, and "eight doors", referring to "the door of criticism, the door of reverberation, the door of edge, the door of fiction and the door of structure", are the eight themes of the exhibition. Wang Shu, president of the School of Architectural Art, hopes that public attention on and understanding of architecture can be enhanced through this exhibition, and more importantly, the disease that Chinese architectural education cannot cultivate masters can be broke through the internal communication of the architectural education sector and how to cultivate architectural talents in a free environment can be demonstrated. He said: "master cannot be born unless an experimental and open state is provided”.
